Many of us failed to succeed because of different life events, such as lack of clarity in what we want or what to do, lack of support, procrastination which is one of the biggest hindrances, and the list goes on. However, dealing with a chronic illness is one of the most common reasons why we asl women struggling with chronic conditions fail to succeed in achieving the goals we set for ourselves. We must realize, though, that staying committed and consistent is vital and a major player in our success. 

I have spent over ten years helping businesswomen stay on track to reach their ultimate goals, but struggling with chronic illnesses has given me a new mindset. That mindset is to create sustainable changes to improve my health and wellness. I used my creative skills and goal oriented mindset to create ways to improve my health and wellness, change my lifestyle and start living the life I love and enjoy.

With these sustainable changes, I am more in charge of my daily routine. My days are more predictable. I can do more of what I love, and I love each moment I care for myself, both physically and mentally. With these changes, my health and wellness have improved, and my life is much better than I have experienced in the last 15 years.

I have spent the last two years building a proven framework and practical routine to help women like myself stay committed and consistent to their health and wellness. I have also spent months living by these changes to regain control of my life.

HER Story

Audrey Watson

My education and experience have helped me stay focused and committed to achieving the goals I set for myself. I have an MBA and consult in several industries with ambitious women to build their businesses and careers. However, although I succeeded in using these skills to support my clients during these years, it has been an arduous journey for me.

 For many years I struggled with physical and mental symptoms, including tiredness and fatigue, and I was always in full-body pain. I get horrible stomach aches, chest pains, and headaches. I also struggled with dizziness, anxiety, and the list goes on. Finally, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. After my diagnosis, I decided to take back control of my life. 

I took responsibility for my life and started dictating what I do and how I do it all in the name of "taking back control." I could only have done this by creating and practicing proven health and wellness accountability routines that offer me a holistic approach to making sustainable changes that address all aspects of my health and wellness.

These new approaches are drawn from changing my behavior in treating the whole body. Taking into account all my physical, mental, and social factors rather than just the symptoms of my illnesses. 


These daily health and wellness rituals have helped me overcome radical obstacles to maintain healthy habits and live a life I love and deserve. 

I live in the beautiful sunshine state of Florida with my husband Errol and Pomeranian Simba. I am the proud mom of two daughters and a Yaya to our beautiful granddaughter London. You can find this Capricorn at home, enjoying a tasty cup of tea, taking my morning walk, or listening to a book on Audible.

I value principles and integrity and stand for what is right and good. Even though I may make assumptions, I do it objectively and without emotion. I aim to stick to my words and diligently see things through to the end. One of my greatest pleasures in life is to organize, prioritize and create order. I have a knack for detail, but I also believe it is one of my greatest weaknesses.
